<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
rescheduling the collective order manually works just fine. From 05.20.2014 I moved all orders to 03.20.2014 just by changing the collective order. </div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<div style="color: #575757; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 0pt;">
Hi all, </div>
<div style="color: #575757; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 0pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="color: #575757; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 0pt;">
Our requirement is to restrict some users from entering values for a specific characteristic in a network (not maintaining the characteristic). In the example that I have created I have used authorisation object <strong _mce_style="color: #333333; font-size: 11px; background-color: #ffffff;" style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-size: 11px;">C_TCLS_MNT</strong> according to the document below. I also have configured 2 organisational areas (E, N) </div>
<div style="color: #575757; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 0pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="color: #575757; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 0pt;">
<a _mce_href="http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/PLM/Authorization+Objects" href="http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/PLM/Authorization+Objects" style="color: #2989c5; text-decoration: initial;" title="http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/PLM/Authorization+Objects">http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/PLM/Authorization+Objects</a></div>
<div style="color: #575757; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 0pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="color: #575757; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 0pt;">
The example I have created in our test system is the following: </div>
<div style="color: #575757; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 0pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="color: #575757; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 0pt;">
class ZPS_CHAR_TEST</div>
<div style="color: #575757; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 0pt;">
Characteristics ZPS_CHAR_TEST and ZPS_CHAR_TEST2. </div>
<div style="color: #575757; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 0pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="color: #575757; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 0pt;">
For the first characteristic the organizational area in the class is se to to E whereas for the second it is N. </div>
<div style="color: #575757; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 0pt;">
<br /></div>

<div style="color: #575757; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 0pt;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="color: #575757; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 0pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="color: #575757; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 0pt;">
<br /></div>
<div style="color: #575757; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 0pt;">
In PFCG, in the user role I have added authorisation object <strong _mce_style="color: #333333; font-size: 11px; background-color: #ffffff;" style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-size: 11px;">C_TCLS_MNT</strong> and allowed access ONLY to organisational area E. </div>
<div style="color: #575757; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; padding: 0pt;">

However when I go to CN22, the system allows the user to enter values for both characteristics? I was expecting to be able to enter a date only for the first characteristic. I want the second characteristic to be "Display" only</div>

<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
This is the confirmation list from the PM order. You can clearly see that the total hours are 0<br />
and that confirmation #2 cancels #1 and confirmation #6 cancels confirmation #5<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEghmOWtlyMm2wnmZBrCzvGmJ37AScjFbS-UcUBaq-8aKtUPaRIr35mB7s4k8rmpV7f51o_01Ge19kVKlCpzWX8lxA8YtmqIJsyJ1XHYCX2EbMP7Zl47eBLivQUfrDA5U7qFXtpuesteums/s1600/KOB1.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="41" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEghmOWtlyMm2wnmZBrCzvGmJ37AScjFbS-UcUBaq-8aKtUPaRIr35mB7s4k8rmpV7f51o_01Ge19kVKlCpzWX8lxA8YtmqIJsyJ1XHYCX2EbMP7Zl47eBLivQUfrDA5U7qFXtpuesteums/s320/KOB1.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
In KOB1 the cancellations number #2 and #6 do not exist even though I can see them as confirmation<br />
cancellations in the PM order. You can see that it goes from #1 to #3 and from #5 to #7. As a result there is a cost of 302euro, which is essentially the cost of confirmation #1 and #5.<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgVvvbYL3Dx089W5uYvL4SSexZjFMRdijzBG2vYRYsWT2Jt-Nh_ekbvhPlCViCq1b2YpQe_Tf0iHe9W2S25EVuzUyRS3fIVy6viJzFAWL0zKXEoQn7EWeiQA0SazDVfm2G2wUelyKP-Ra8/s1600/order+cost.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="69" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgVvvbYL3Dx089W5uYvL4SSexZjFMRdijzBG2vYRYsWT2Jt-Nh_ekbvhPlCViCq1b2YpQe_Tf0iHe9W2S25EVuzUyRS3fIVy6viJzFAWL0zKXEoQn7EWeiQA0SazDVfm2G2wUelyKP-Ra8/s320/order+cost.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
You can see the cost in the order. There is no cost from material or PO neither has there been a direct FI entry. </div>adips puer gracilishttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09109225255198630045noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8372258399801709308.post-60059316749785729322011-09-30T08:35:00.001+00:002011-09-30T08:37:41.346+00:00BWART field not in Field catalogI want to use a specific movement type for output determination. <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhlrJodkFC5qfAS6jp4uYONJH0VHG9PU8CF4LyEEQK7KthEr8jdPiNcXCDLAZJSrasAjdvxKxwB1SkIsaSPyvoJbfKtfRtojiHlMeQoQU3ntKZvudGT2oq6n5FBiIOnnA5vX__nSf-vYwY/s1600/499+table.JPG" imageanchor="1" style=""><img border="0" height="300" width="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhlrJodkFC5qfAS6jp4uYONJH0VHG9PU8CF4LyEEQK7KthEr8jdPiNcXCDLAZJSrasAjdvxKxwB1SkIsaSPyvoJbfKtfRtojiHlMeQoQU3ntKZvudGT2oq6n5FBiIOnnA5vX__nSf-vYwY/s400/499+table.JPG" /></a></div><br />
I am going to use table 499 in an access sequence<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhFQzMAXsG9VdoW1GmyH5L4w-GvcKYgIHrgU-uHjSz6BPGu38abAnR9Cdf4S25WHOpcntituxN4PFn3mPi_9-alyStw5D_fBvew7bMNQ8sB-IjZ3Z7jM21emMNkZvc6iTa-N-cm3WQQMa4/s1600/access+sequence+1.JPG" imageanchor="1" style=""><img border="0" height="300" width="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhFQzMAXsG9VdoW1GmyH5L4w-GvcKYgIHrgU-uHjSz6BPGu38abAnR9Cdf4S25WHOpcntituxN4PFn3mPi_9-alyStw5D_fBvew7bMNQ8sB-IjZ3Z7jM21emMNkZvc6iTa-N-cm3WQQMa4/s400/access+sequence+1.JPG" /></a></div><br />

As you see, feld BWART is not available for selection<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgf_kzbffzma_lbNPtwfZwbtfvk6vWDbc2B-fmJRC854bqP4CPnj1MWIroXv2Llrb7U12MsYUq2ENJuXGAsH7yPVriK-NoahPhtPBllGxBXyBLwAVGdccqwUdz23BJKBqBJL-NcuvC0uK8/s1600/access+sequence+3.JPG" imageanchor="1" style=""><img border="0" height="300" width="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgf_kzbffzma_lbNPtwfZwbtfvk6vWDbc2B-fmJRC854bqP4CPnj1MWIroXv2Llrb7U12MsYUq2ENJuXGAsH7yPVriK-NoahPhtPBllGxBXyBLwAVGdccqwUdz23BJKBqBJL-NcuvC0uK8/s400/access+sequence+3.JPG" /></a></div><br />
I have added the field in table KOMB <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi4C7InnBFYAOBwGVhWAPINgQ3A1P1Bj3H0B-UoUdNet9qyw81P4tUQN9UgttV10_SMipScFwL2VPOer_CDf4KUE4ysNkq1bhPJmvoPUYXFIMwjSXvh-0zSpJbSBwFh4ugdTEt9k4QZl4g/s1600/KOMB.JPG" imageanchor="1" style=""><img border="0" height="300" width="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi4C7InnBFYAOBwGVhWAPINgQ3A1P1Bj3H0B-UoUdNet9qyw81P4tUQN9UgttV10_SMipScFwL2VPOer_CDf4KUE4ysNkq1bhPJmvoPUYXFIMwjSXvh-0zSpJbSBwFh4ugdTEt9k4QZl4g/s400/KOMB.JPG" /></a></div><br />
and I can see it also in table V_T681F<br />

So how come I can still not see field BWART in the field catalog?<br />

The technical names for these cubes are 0CCA_O01, 0CCA_002 and 0CCA_003 with the Datasource 0CO_OM_CCA_USER_1. We've loaded data from our Dev R3 system into all the DSO's and activated it.<br />We've built a query based on the business content cube 0CCA_C11. Into that query in the filter we've put the variable 0C_OAPP for Controlling Area & combination of 0N_CCTRP & 0H_CCTRP for Cost Centre.<br />In transaction RSECADMIN we've generated authorisations based on the controlling DSO's. (See Screen Shot)<br /><br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_LgDXW1qwE0o/RpTRHW5LJlI/AAAAAAAAAHk/x4dw9JjLroc/s1600-h/1.bmp"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5085919803542808146" style="WIDTH: 435px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 238px" height="164" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_LgDXW1qwE0o/RpTRHW5LJlI/AAAAAAAAAHk/x4dw9JjLroc/s400/1.bmp" width="380" border="0" /></a><br /><br />On generation we seem to get a lot of errors regarding Hierarchy.<br /><br />For example when it generates the user and authorisation object for one particular user we get the error message "Hierarchy 1000S_C_C (version , key date 31.12.9999) does not exist".<br />In the case of that particular user we get the error message 29 times in the error log. When I look at the at Auth Object assigned to that user as part of the generation I can see in the hierarchy nodes that it has listed 29 cost centres. (See Attached Screen).<br /><a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_LgDXW1qwE0o/RpTS-G5LJpI/AAAAAAAAAIE/cJPkWBZDows/s1600-h/2.bmp"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5085921843652273810" style="CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_LgDXW1qwE0o/RpTS-G5LJpI/AAAAAAAAAIE/cJPkWBZDows/s400/2.bmp" border="0" /></a><br /><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_LgDXW1qwE0o/RpTRNW5LJmI/AAAAAAAAAHs/-u1hK9O6hmw/s1600-h/2.bmp"></a><a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_LgDXW1qwE0o/RpTRUW5LJnI/AAAAAAAAAH0/mjhatp_HcPw/s1600-h/3.bmp"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5085920026881107570" style="CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_LgDXW1qwE0o/RpTRUW5LJnI/AAAAAAAAAH0/mjhatp_HcPw/s400/3.bmp" border="0" /></a><br /><br />However this user in R3 is responsible for over 50 costs centres. Why are there not 50+ entries in here?<br />Alternately the error log for another users is green. They too have several cost centres for which they are responsible. But when I look at the Auth object assigned to that user there is no Hierarchy data showing at all.<br />When I do a test of the Query as each these users both get Authorization errors. I have built a role that I have attached to the user which should give the relevant authorisation. When I look at the error log after the query is run I see an error message.<br /><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_LgDXW1qwE0o/RpTRa25LJoI/AAAAAAAAAH8/FIiV-9QHmo8/s1600-h/4.bmp"><img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5085920138550257282" style="CURSOR: hand" alt="" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_LgDXW1qwE0o/RpTRa25LJoI/AAAAAAAAAH8/FIiV-9QHmo8/s400/4.bmp" border="0" /></a><br /><br />Anybody got any ideas?<br /><div></div><div></div><div> </div>adips puer gracilishttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09109225255198630045noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8372258399801709308.post-60282402306497305532007-05-31T13:19:00.000+00:002007-06-05T13:46:47.027+00:00Availability check<div><div><div>I've configured the following scenario in our R/3 (4.7) system. In the factory calendar, under special rules, I've specified the billing dates as:<br />15.04.2007<br />30.04.2007<br />15.05.2007<br />31.05.2007<br /><br />When I create a contract with start date 10.04.2007 and end date 05.05.2007 the billing dates in the billing plan are determined as follows:<br />15.04.2007<br />30.04.2007<br />05.05.2007 (not 15.05.2007 as I expected)<br /><br />In other words the last billing date is the end date of the contract and not the date I have specified in special rules. How is that date determined? I want the last billing date to be the 15th, or the end of the month as specified in my special rules.
